SERVICES
The expertise you need. A scope that fits.
From process improvement and automation to knowledge engineering, choose the support that matches your business challenge.
For process improvement and automation, the four stages below describe how we work. Knowledge engineering can be commissioned independently, integrated into a solution or added later.
01 / FREE · 40 MINUTES
Initial Consultation
We discuss your business context, recurring problems and desired outcomes. We establish how can AceVision Consulting help and recommend next steps.
You leave with
Practical next steps and, where appropriate, a proposed scope for the paid analysis.

This is an initial discussion. Detailed mapping and solution design belong to the paid engagement.
02 / PAID · STANDALONE
Process Mapping & Analysis
Document how work happens today and define a practical future process, including whether automation is worthwhile. Assess whether fragmented information, inconsistent definitions or missing relationships contribute to the problem.
You will receive
-
AS-IS and TO-BE process models, using BPMN 2.0, with explanations
-
Feasibility assessment: value, costs, constraints and assumptions
-
Success measures and baseline information where available
-
Phased implementation plan and dependencies
-
Implementation and maintenance proposal

For process analysis, the starting scope is one named process with agreed boundaries. You can use the documentation internally or with another provider. Implementation is your choice. Standalone ontology and graph projects use the knowledge engineering scope described below.
03 / PAID · SCOPED PROJECT
Solution Building & Rollout
Design, build and deploy the agreed solution using AI / GenAI capabilities, integrations, deterministic automation or a combination. Where useful, knowledge graph development can be included to connect the information the solution needs.
Built for real use
-
Security, access controls and appropriate human intervention
-
Monitoring, testing and validation with human users
-
Acceptance criteria tied to agreed success measures
-
Operational documentation, training and team handover

Technical scope, running costs and operation responsibilities are defined in the proposal.
04 / PAID · OPTIONAL
Maintenance & Improvement
Maintain reliable operation as connected systems and business requirements evolve
Within an agreed service scope
-
Monitor operation, performance and running costs
-
Investigate issues and support ongoing operation
-
Review results and implement agreed improvements

Maintenance is optional and paid. Support arrangements and included charges are defined in the agreement; more complex changes are separately scoped.
ADDITIONAL SPECIALIST SERVICE
Knowledge engineering - standalone or integrated.
Structure and connect business knowledge with ontology design and knowledge graph development.
Standalone project
Start with a business domain and the questions you need to answer. Commission a documented ontology, a populated knowledge graph or both.
Part of a solution
Connect the information an assistant, agent or workflow needs. Define the graph work within the wider project scope and acceptance criteria.
Later extension
Extend an existing solution with new relationships, connected sources or graph-based retrieval when there is a clear use for them.
What you can commission
-
Domain discovery and business questions
-
Ontology design and documentation
-
Source mapping, graph population and validation
-
Queries, interfaces and agreed integrations
-
Handover and optional ongoing updates
A scope of its own
We agree on the domain, sources, deliverables and success criteria before implementation. A project can end with a validated ontology or continue through graph development.
Knowledge engineering is available at the point it is useful. It does not require completion of the four process improvement stages.
SCOPE & PRICING
A proposal shaped around the work.
Analysis, implementation and optional maintenance have distinct scopes and costs. We’ll make the assumptions, responsibilities and expected running costs clear in your proposal.
Project timing depends on complexity, integrations and the information available.
